Core team

Alexis Chrétien

Founder / CEO - CTO

Why did you join AGC ?

After several years in game development, I founded Awesome Game Concepts to bring a clear vision to life: crafting independent games that help players become aware of, feel, and embrace their emotions — fostering personal growth and collective empathy. I design experiences that place players at the heart of meaningful choices, letting them embody unique characters, face moral dilemmas, and explore coherent, immersive worlds. My goal is to create games where everyone lives their own story.

What is your role within the team ?

I lead the studio as President and Technical & Creative Director. My role involves designing the technological foundations of our projects, overseeing their development, and ensuring consistency between art direction, gameplay, and narrative design. I also handle the administrative, financial, and business operations of the studio, from budgeting to fundraising.

How is your participation in the project going ?

Development is both demanding and deeply fulfilling. We work fully remotely, using agile methods that balance creativity and technical precision. Each morning, I coordinate the roadmap and guide the team to maintain a shared vision, clear communication, and strong collaborative energy.

What do you want to say to the player who discovers your creation ?

I hope our games will leave a lasting mark — through emotion, reflection, or immersion. Every dialogue line, every choice, every world detail is designed to make you feel something real. If it stays with you after playing, then we’ve achieved our goal.

Why did you join AGC ?

With video games having been a part of my daily life for several years now, whether as a recreational hobby or in content production, working within a studio was a goal for me. After contacting Alexis Chrétien and discovering his new project: Witch Hunters, I was immediately attracted by his seriousness and the ambition of the title, which was only just beginning. With a strong background in IT and currently studying management, I wanted to do my internship in this field at AGC.

What is your role within the team ?

As an assistant project manager, I help with various tasks (planning, redaction, budget, etc.)

How is your participation in the project going ?

I like what I do and I think we're making pretty good progress!

What do you want to say to the player who discovers your creation ?

I hope you enjoy this work into which a lot of energy and passion has been put!
